Afterpay, Zip, and ShopPay deduct a percentage of each sale from us to provide the payment plan service to you. This fee can range between $45-$100+ depending on your order total.

We implemented a $50 fee to ensure we don't lose too much $ as a small business to provide this option for our amazing customers who would like to pay over time. This fee also covers your shipping. We appreciate your unwavering support and thank you for understanding.

After your payment has been submitted, there is a 2-3 business day processing period for payment clearing/verification.

PreDon Wigs, Vivid Wigs, and Blonde Wigs ship immediately after processing is completed, as we only sell what we have on hand in this collection. Pre-order is not available for these collections.

Uncustomized wigs are pre-order based as we have to custom construct them according to your cap size. Construction takes 2-3 business days. Sometimes we may have your cap size and desired length already available on hand, in which we will ship immediately.

Hair Don currently ships orders via USPS and UPS Standard/Ground shipping requires 2-3 business days for delivery.

In summary, you can receive bundles, HD Lace, PreDon Wigs, Blonde Wigs, or Vivid Wigs in 3-5 business days. Uncustomized Wigs 5-7 business days.

Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic (US) orders over $400.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

PreDON Wigs are created and shipped immediately. We only sell what we have on hand in this collection, in addition to the Blonde and Vivid Wigs also.

PreDON/Vivid/Blonde units are constructed with 3-4 bundles depending on the length of the unit.

All Uncustomized Wigs are constructed with 3 bundles.
